Rodrigo is a Chilean bassist, well known in the latin - jazz, flamenco and world music scene, internationally.  He performs & organizes seminars across Europe, Lat.  America and Asia, able to appeal a multitude of audiences ranging latin, jazz, flamenco, pop, afro, funk & reggae.

During his long-term stay in Spain, he collaborates with Rubem Dantas, ( percussionist of Paco de Lucia & Chick Corea ) and shows up in big festivals: Jazz Almuñecar, Espantapitas, Zaidin, Etnomusic etc.

Significantly renowned in the Spanish music scene, he records 9 albums & plays with prestigious musicians such as Diego Guerrero, Chano Domínguez, Tomás de Perrate, Dan Ben Lior, Puchero del Hortelano, Maui y los sirénidos, stage with international band “Calle 13” at Sonderos Festival. In Chile, he plays along side the emblematic jazz trombonist Héctor Briceño  "Parquimetro". 

In Greece, he presents flamenco in Akropol Theater & Lakinthia Festival with Oscar de los Reyes, Eleni Giannopoulou & Christo Tzifaki.  One year  ago, he moves to Cyprus showing up in Pattihio Theater next to the Italian pianist Joe Diverio and records for Andrea’s Georgiou album and given concerts in Munich Berlin and Cologne in German.  Currently he is touring with the band "Macumba",  "Next Formation", and working on his personal music album.  READ +
